Western Resources has processed more than 62,000 commercial, resale, REO, short sale and refinance transactions and written in excess of $29 billion in title insurance. We are underwritten by one of the largest national insurers, First American Title Insurance.
The company uses state of the art software along with clearly defined systems and procedures to consistently produce high quality products in a short time frame regardless of market conditions.
The company is made up of seasoned veterans with an overall average 22 years of experience in the business. Our management team consists of Ed Lorette, Brian Mangan, Nancy Fletcher, and Craig Beukelman.
Ed Lorette, Chief Executive Officer
With over 40 years in the title insurance industry, Ed Lorette has a track record of building and managing successful title companies. Ed’s experience, leadership and reputation in the industry have allowed him to attract top seasoned professionals to the organization. Ed’s strongly believes the key to building a successful business is to hire individuals who are well trained, self managed, self disciplined team players and are committed to providing customers and clients with the service they need, expect and deserve.
Brian Mangan, Vice President – Sales Manager
With over 35 years of title and escrow experience, Brian brings critical expertise in sales, sales management, escrow operations and county management. Brian’s focus has been in Southern California building successful sales teams for title companies of all sizes and market niches. His personal success in field sales, recruiting and county management has prepared him for the task of managing the #5 title sales force in the Orange County marketplace out of over 40 competitors.
Nancy Fletcher, Vice President, Marketing and Technology
Nancy has been in the title business for 14 years and prior to that spent 13 years in the technology industry. These two combined have been instrumental in her ability to identify and implement new products, systems and technologies. The company most recently implemented an eco-friendly system which allows the company to work in a paperless environment and deliver all our products electronically.
Craig Beukelman, Vice President, Territory Development Manager
Craig comes to the company with 32 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate agent and with over 18 years of experience in title and escrow sales management and development. Craig has focused his time and experience throughout San Diego County and is now working to establish the Western Resources Title brand in that county.
