A Little About Us

If we look a little green to you it’s because we are; a green company that is. Seven years ago, when we rebranded ourselves as Western Resources Title, we adopted the FAST operating system throughout our company. This allowed us to process, post, store and deliver over 90% of our files on line and paperlessly, saving countless trees, energy consumption and toxic chemicals from being dumped into the environment. All of our title production is done locally and in-house. No services are out-sourced or sent offshore. This may cost us a little more, but we feel good about providing employment opportunity for our local neighbors. We have redundant servers in different locations across the nation to protect the integrity of our files and the privacy of our customers. We take great pride in the fact that our employees enjoy working for us. That’s because we have created a great corporate culture by making certain we have the right person, doing the right job and utilizing the right systems and equipment. That makes for happier employees and better productivity. Perhaps that also accounts for our many satisfied customers, raving fans and tremendous marketplace growth. Over the past five years we have grown significantly in residential sales, refinance and commercial market share. The reason is simple: Great systems and great employees. Growth and Expansion*

Currently, our corporate headquarters and production facility are regionally centered in Orange County, CA. We are licensed by the California Department of Insurance to provide residential and commercial title insurance and escrow services throughout the state of California. Our goal is to be the number one independent title agent in the state of California. Currently, we rank in the top ten.
